About You

You will be an experienced Associate, looking to step up or a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years PQE. You will have demonstrated experience in front and back-end Workplace and Employment law matters. This role is broad in nature, working across the full spectrum of employment contracts, unfair dismissal, enterprise bargaining and transactional work in relation to employment issues in the buying and selling of businesses. You will advise employers in relation to the above.

You will be passionate about your area of expertise and have the ability to mentor junior lawyers in the team. You will enjoy working closely with the other senior team members to assist in the development and management of the practice.
