Katie Francis
Director
With over 15 years professional legal recruitment experience in Brisbane, Katie is highly sought after by both candidates and clients alike. Having completed a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management in 2004, Katie commenced her career working in a HR capacity within the legal sector, working for various top-tier and mid-tier law firms. From 2005, she has worked exclusively in the legal recruitment market in Brisbane, working for major agencies. The firms Katie partners with include global law firms, top-tier law firms, mid-tier national and boutique firms.
Nina Held
Director
Nina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University College London, before undertaking her Master’s degree in Medical Law and Ethics at King’s College London. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. Nina started her career in legal search and recruitment in London, where she specialized in the in-house legal space. She went on to join an international legal search firm where she focused solely on executive partner search in both the London and European markets for top US and UK law firms. Nina specializes in the recruitment and executive search of lawyers of all levels, both in private practice and in-house.
